Waiting in line at the post office isn't fun - and the post office knows it, and they're doing something about it!
Unfortunately, what they're doing is removing the clocks from the post offices.
I waited in line for over 45 minutes last week, in Manhattan. They keep complaining that their business is declining as people use UPS and FedEx. But that's because those carriers don't try to make the line "move" faster by taking away the clocks.
